Bathroom Remodel
The
master bathroom in this house was considered so ugly by the
homeowners that they considered the demolition phase an improvement.
The
new bathroom features a custom tile floor and shower area with
an aggregate swanstone shower base. The vanity base, mirror,
and storage cabinet are from the Thomasville collection. The
frameless shower door is a Kohler product.
A
main focus on this remodel project was to make this bathroom
appear more roomy. A lighter color was chosen for the walls.
The drop down ceiling over the shower area was removed and raised
to meet the existing 8' ceiling. The floor tile was done diagonally,
and a frameless, clear shower door was chosen to show off the
spectacular tile work in the shower area. The Thomasville products
chosen by the customer provided an unbelievably rich and upscale
appearance to this bath.
