Bathroom Transformation
First,
the size of the bath does not allow for the camera to capture
good pictures. However, being in the bathroom and looking around,
this newly remodeled bath is nothing less than stunning.
The
tub area was tiled using a diagonal pattern and finished off
with a 3"x20" bullnose. The customer wanted an accent
to break the pattern and, after careful consideration, a matching
tile installed in a brick pattern was decided upon. The subtle
yet noticeable accent did not distract from the entire tub enclosure.
Satin
Nickel fixtures were chosen throughout the bathroom. The clear,
frameless, tub bypass door was chosen to showcase the beautiful
tile. An etched vine borders each pane of glass.
A
Kohler one piece toilet and cherry finish vanity with matching
medicine cabinet make up the other main components of this bathroom
remodel. A satin nickel, 8" spread, high arc faucet was
chosen for the granite vanity top.
The
washer and dryer are located in the bathroom and were exposed.
A bi-fold door was custom fitted into the opening and now hides
the stacked washer and dryer when not in use.
Through
careful planning and choices in products, the customer was able
to put together a perfectly designed bath that will bring her
both functionality and eye candy for years to come.
