Garage Renovation, Storage and Work Station 

The homeowner of this single car garage fosters kittens for adoption. The purpose of the garage renovation was to provide a space for care of the kittens along with allowing for easy cleaning and disinfecting.

The garage floor and concrete block foundation was cleaned, etched, and sealed with Epoxy-Seal concrete paint.

Thermofoil kitchen cabinets were installed to provide for ample storage. The 6' Formica countertop provides plenty of room for tasks ranging from the care of kittens, to gardening and crafts.. A utility sink completes the work area. The sponge and side dish is designed to drain the excess water back into the sink. A sprayer makes cleaning the sink area a snap.

Tileboard was installed around the perimeter of the garage and finished off with cap moulding. This surface is easy to clean and prevents the wallboard from getting wet when the homeowner hoses down the floor and block foundation area. The tileboard is approved for wet use areas such as showers and baths.

The entire garage was painted in eggshell finish. A new ceiling fixture compliments the new space. This garage is surely to be the envy of the neighborhood.
