and Charges:
Normal
hourly rates are reasonable and at the standard "professional"
handyman rate scale. Standard repairs are billed at an hourly
rate, broken down into 15 minute increments after the first
hour. All work is performed by the owner with skilled craftsmanship.
Depending on the type of job or jobs requested, a total price
can be given instead of hourly billing. This is referred to
as "flat fee" billing.

for your peace of mind and also to conform to some Townhouse
Association requirements. A certificate of insurance
is available upon request.

required by law, TL Home Services, LLC is registered
with the State of New Jersey as a home improvement contractor
through the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.
The license is always carried and is available for inspection
at any time upon request.
